Club Deportivo Olimpia is the most decorated football club in Honduras, founded in 1912 in Tegucigalpa. Olimpia is the most successful club in the Liga Nacional, having won over 30 national championships, making them a dominant force in Honduran football history. The club produced notable national team players including Noel Valladares, long-time goalkeeper for the Honduran national side.
