The Aruba national football team is governed by the Arubaanse Voetbal Bond (AVB) and is a member of CONCACAF and FIFA. The team competes in CONCACAF qualifying tournaments including World Cup qualifiers and Gold Cup preliminaries, representing the small Caribbean island territory. Aruba has historically been among the smaller footballing nations in the region, with limited resources but growing grassroots development. The squad is composed primarily of locally based players with some from the diaspora, particularly those connected to the Netherlands. While major tournament success has been elusive, the national side has participated consistently in CONCACAF competitions and continues to build its footballing infrastructure. The team plays its home matches at the Guillermo Prospero Trinidad Stadium in Oranjestad.
