Red Bull Bragantino, originally founded in 1928 as Clube Atlético Bragantino in Bragança Paulista, São Paulo state, underwent a significant transformation in 2019 when the energy drink company Red Bull acquired a majority stake. Since then, the club has risen rapidly through the Brazilian football pyramid, returning to the top-flight Série A and establishing themselves as genuine competitors. They play home matches at Estádio Nabi Abi Chedid, which holds approximately 17,128 spectators. Under the Red Bull model of youth development and high-intensity attacking football, Bragantino has competed in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sul-Americana.
