ヘーレンフェーン

SC Heerenveen is a Dutch football club founded in 1920 in Heerenveen, a town in the province of Friesland in northern Netherlands. Competing in the Eredivisie, the club plays at the Abe Lenstra Stadion. Known as 'Super Heerenveen,' the club has been a consistent Eredivisie presence and has participated in European competitions. Heerenveen is particularly celebrated for discovering and developing world-class talent, most notably Ruud van Nistelrooy and Afonso Alves. The club's blue and white colours reflect the Frisian identity of the region. Known for attractive attacking football and an excellent scouting network, Heerenveen has built a reputation as one of the most progressive clubs in Dutch football despite being based in a relatively small northern town.
