Seychelles vs Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka made it back-to-back wins over Seychelles, sealing a 0-2 victory at Stade Linité three days after a 3-0 rout in the same fixture. The visitors again looked sharper and more clinical, controlling long spells of possession and picking their moments on the counter. Dillon De Silva was once more at the heart of it, breaking the deadlock in the 32nd minute to send the sides in with Sri Lanka a goal to the good at the break. Ahmed Wassem Razeek put the result beyond doubt late on, converting in the 84th minute to wrap up the scoring. There were no cards or penalties, just a professional squeeze from the away side. For Seychelles, it's back-to-back defeats and a second straight blank, leaving plenty to address before the next assignment. Sri Lanka head home from the double-header with six goals scored and none conceded, a confidence-boosting sweep.
