Zagreb and Viking shared a thrilling 2-2 draw at Maksimir in the first leg of their Champions League qualifying play-off, with the Croatian side needing a stoppage-avoiding leveler to avoid a first-leg defeat despite dominating the game. Mateo Lisica put the hosts ahead early in the 10th minute, but Viking hit back through Peter Christiansen in the 26th and Zlatko Tripic in the 39th to turn the tie on its head.
