Match Preview

Mamelodi Sundowns arrive in Durban sitting top of the Betway Premiership on 10 points from four games, level with Orlando Pirates, while Golden Arrows sit sixth on six. It's already their third meeting in a month, after a tense MTN8 cup tie, adding real needle to this early-season clash. Arrows have been the competition's surprise package, knocking Kaizer Chiefs out of the MTN8 before stunning Sundowns 1-0 in last month's semi-final first leg, Junior Dion grabbing the only goal. Sundowns responded by hammering AmaZulu 5-2 in the league, continuing a record unbeaten run at home. The two also met in the league back in March, Sundowns edging that one 2-1 despite another Dion strike. Khulekani Shezi, whose goal sank Chiefs, remains a threat for Arrows, while Sundowns lean on Lucas Mailula's finishing to unlock a defence that has kept four clean sheets running. Our prediction: 1-2
