Fenerbahçe SK vs Eyüpspor

Fenerbahce put on a scoring clinic at home, thrashing Eyupspor 8-0 in one of the most lopsided results of the Super Lig season so far. The standout moment came from Vedat Muriqi, who bagged all four of his goals in a ruthless individual display that left the visitors chasing shadows all afternoon. The rout started early when Mason Greenwood converted a penalty in the 5th minute, before Muriqi struck in the 7th, 21st, 47th and 55th minutes. Matteo Guendouzi added one in the 38th minute and Irfan Can Kahveci made it seven just before the break, with Greenwood completing his brace in the 80th minute. There was late drama too, with a Kerem Akturkoglu goal chalked off for offside and a penalty shout for Romelu Lukaku waved away by the referee. For Fenerbahce, it's a statement result that underlines their attacking depth early in the campaign, while Eyupspor will need to regroup quickly after such a heavy defeat on the road.
