Match Report
Casa Pia pulled off a dramatic late turnaround at the Estádio António Coimbra da Mota, coming from behind to beat Estoril 1-2 with an 89th-minute winner. It capped a tense, error-strewn afternoon between two sides fighting to escape the bottom of the table.
Ricard Sánchez put Estoril ahead in the 70th minute, only for Selvi Clua to level things two minutes later. Benjamin Pauwels then struck in stoppage time to complete the comeback. Earlier, Henrique Araújo had missed a Panenka penalty for Casa Pia in the 27th minute, sending it well over the bar, while two goals were chalked off by VAR during the match. A red card was also shown to a member of Casa Pia's technical staff in the second half.
The win was Casa Pia's first of the season, lifting them to 17th with four points, while Estoril remain rooted to the bottom of the Primeira Liga, still without a win after seven rounds.
