Vitória Guimarães banked their first win of the season, edging past Nacional 1-0 at the Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques. The result is a welcome reset for Vitória Guimarães, who had opened the season with defeats to Arouca and Sporting. Nacional, unbeaten through their first two rounds, suffer their first loss of the campaign and will look to bounce back quickly.
