CA Osasuna vs Rayo Vallecano

Osasuna and Rayo Vallecano shared the points in a 1-1 draw at El Sadar, with the standout moment belonging to Ante Budimir. The Croatian forward's early strike also doubled as a personal milestone — his 100th career goal in La Liga — and briefly halted Osasuna's slide after three straight league defeats. Budimir volleyed home around the 15th minute to put the hosts ahead, but Rayo Vallecano dominated possession for large spells and were rewarded shortly after the restart when Sergio Camello fired in a powerful finish, around the 50th minute, to level things. Osasuna had to grind out the closing stages a man short on options after Raúl Moro limped off injured late on with no substitutions remaining. The result leaves both sides level on seven points after seven rounds. It's a reasonable outcome for a Rayo side that controlled long stretches of the game, while Osasuna will take some encouragement from ending their losing run.
