Manchester City vs Coventry City

Manchester City host Coventry City at the Etihad in matchweek three of the Premier League, a fixture with plenty riding on it. Coventry are back in the top flight for the first time in 25 years after winning the Championship under Frank Lampard, and they'll be hunting their first points after an opening defeat. City, under new boss Enzo Maresca, are looking to build momentum of their own. City's opener was a scrappy comeback win over Bournemouth, Marc Guéhi and Joško Gvardiol scoring late to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 victory, after a heavy Community Shield defeat to Arsenal had raised early doubts. Coventry's own return began with a 3-0 loss at Arsenal, leaving them bottom of the table without a point. It's the clubs' first Premier League meeting since Coventry's relegation in 2001, so there's little recent history between them at this level. Our prediction: 3-0
