Sileks produced a first-leg shock in the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round, edging Dinamo Minsk 1-0 at the neutral Beroe Stadium in Bulgaria. The Belarusian side came into the tie as clear favorites but were unable to find the net, leaving the North Macedonian visitors in the driving seat.
Esmir Hasukić was the difference-maker, firing home just before the break in the 42nd minute for what proved to be the only goal of the evening. The contest had plenty of bite throughout — Abdoul Aziz Toure was booked as early as the fourth minute for Dinamo Minsk, while Sileks themselves collected four yellow cards, with Gjorge Dzhekov, Mirza Delimedjac, Darko Angjeleski, and Aleksandar Mishov all cautioned.
