Paris Saint-Germain left Stade Francis-Le Blé with all three points, edging Brest 0-1 in a tense Ligue 1 clash. The game was effectively decided inside the opening five minutes, when a slick one-touch combination carved the hosts open in an instant. Ferran Torres struck in the 5th minute, finishing off a lovely team move involving Joao Neves and Ousmane Dembélé for the game's only goal. Brest pushed hard for an equalizer, with Kamory Doumbia denied by the post after being played through by Nuno Mendes' misplaced pass, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia also went close. PSG were forced into an early reshuffle after Achraf Hakimi went off injured, replaced by Fabián Ruiz. No cards or penalties were shown. The result gives Luis Enrique's side their first Ligue 1 win of the campaign and extends their unbeaten record over Brest. For Eric Roy's Brest, plenty of positives despite the loss, but a familiar frustration at coming away empty-handed against the champions.
