ADO Den Haag vs SC Cambuur

Den Haag and Cambuur shared the points in a scrappy Eredivisie draw that swung on a moment of substitute magic. Chances were rare for most of the afternoon, but a late leveller kept the home crowd from going home empty-handed. Cambuur broke the deadlock just before the break when Fabian Kvam drilled a shot from the edge of the box that goalkeeper Kiliaan Nikiema failed to deal with. The visitors' Thijs Jansen then kept the lead intact with a string of saves before Donat Barany, on from the bench, scrambled home an equalizer around the 75th minute for his first goal in Den Haag colors. Striker Nigel Thomas was forced off on a stretcher earlier in the game, though no cards or penalties factored into the result. The point does little to ease the pressure on Den Haag, who remain winless and rooted at the bottom of the table, while Cambuur will feel they let a winning position slip.
