SC Telstar vs SC Cambuur

Telstar produced one of the season's wildest results, playing over an hour with ten men yet salvaging a 2-2 draw against Cambuur thanks to two late penalties from goalkeeper Ronald Koeman Jr. The game turned early when Nökkvi Þórisson was sent off in the 22nd minute for a reckless sliding challenge. Cambuur capitalized after the break, with Rafik El Arguioui scoring in the 54th minute and Binder adding a second on the counter in the 60th. Telstar hit back when Koeman converted a penalty in the 63rd, then equalized deep into stoppage time with another spot kick after a Maertens handball. Neither side gains much from the point. Both arrived off heavy defeats — Telstar lost 4-0 to Ajax, Cambuur fell 4-1 to Twente — and remain near the bottom, though Telstar's resilience with ten men stood out.
