The 52nd minute turned feisty as Aramburu, Segovia, and Güler were all booked in a single incident, and Venezuela were denied a late equaliser when a Ramírez effort in the 70th was ruled offside. The result leaves Venezuela without a win in this first-ever meeting between the sides, while Turkey head into their 2026 World Cup opener against Australia on June 13 with real momentum behind them.
