Faroe Islands came from behind to beat San Marino 2-1 in an international friendly at the Stadio Olimpico di Serravalle on Friday. The hosts took a surprise early lead but couldn't hold on as the visitors turned the game on its head.
Nicolas Giacopetti gave San Marino a dream start, finishing smartly inside the box on 22 minutes. The lead lasted only until first-half stoppage time, when Jakup Andreasen equalised to make it 1-1 at the break.
