New England vs Montréal
Match Report
New England Revolution kicked off their homestand in style with a dominant 3-0 victory over CF Montréal at Gillette Stadium on Saturday. Luca Langoni set the tone early, pouncing on a rebound in the sixth minute to net his third goal in as many games.
The Revs put the match to bed with two late strikes. Center-back Mamadou Fofana swept home from a Langoni free kick in the 77th minute for his first goal of the season, before 18-year-old homegrown substitute Peyton Miller capped things off in stoppage time with a delightful chip over the goalkeeper.
Goalkeeper Matt Turner made five saves to record New England's first clean sheet of 2026 on his 125th appearance for the club.
The win lifts the Revs to 2-3-0 with six points, while Montréal's miserable start continues as they drop to 1-5-0 with just three points from six games.
