Nashville FC vs Orlando City
Match Report
Nashville SC put on a show at GEODIS Park, dismantling Orlando City 5-0 in a ruthless Matchday 5 performance. Cristian Espinoza set the tone inside five minutes, finishing off a slick move started by Andy Najar to give the hosts an early lead.
Sam Surridge took over from there, converting a 28th-minute penalty before adding two more in the second half (55', 67') to complete a stunning hat trick. Espinoza turned provider for Surridge's third, capping a brilliant all-round display from the pair.
Substitute Warren Madrigal rubbed salt in the wound with a fifth in the 80th minute as Orlando simply had no answer. Nashville extend their unbeaten start to the 2026 season through five matches and remain firmly among the Eastern Conference frontrunners, while Orlando City head home with plenty to fix.
