Levante UD vs Real Oviedo

Levante breathed life into their survival bid with a thrilling 4-2 victory over bottom club Real Oviedo at the Ciutat de València. Carlos Espí set the tone with a clinical brace inside the opening 25 minutes, putting the hosts firmly in control. Oviedo refused to fold, however. Ilyas Chaira headed one back on 44 minutes before Fede Viñas converted a penalty deep in first-half stoppage time to level things at 2-2. The comeback was short-lived — Iker Losada restored Levante's lead on 52 minutes with a well-taken finish. Iván Romero sealed the deal in the 93rd minute to spark jubilant scenes in front of 19,398 fans. The victory lifts Levante to within two points of safety, while Real Oviedo remain rooted to the foot of the table, now seven points adrift.
