Match Report
Brest led 3-0 at halftime and seemed destined for three comfortable points, but Lens produced one of Ligue 1's most stunning second-half fightbacks, with Allan Saint-Maximin completing the comeback in the 90+5th minute to snatch a dramatic 3-3 draw at the Stade Francis-Le Blé.
Daouda Guindo (8'), Lucas Tousart (25') and Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe (42') had the hosts well in command at the break. Lens then flipped the script entirely: substitute Florian Thauvin struck in the 61st minute, Abdallah Sima made it 3-2 in the 64th, and after rattling the woodwork twice in the closing stages, Saint-Maximin delivered the killer blow deep in stoppage time.
The result keeps Lens very much alive in the title race — they trail PSG by just three points with five matches remaining, including a mouth-watering head-to-head with the league leaders still to come. Brest, sitting 12th, will be left to rue a 3-0 lead that somehow slipped through their fingers.
