FC Nantes vs RC Strasbourg

Strasbourg pulled off a stunning comeback at the Stade de la Beaujoire, beating Nantes 3-2 thanks to a stoppage-time winner from substitute Joaquín Panichelli. The Argentine striker, introduced at halftime, turned the match on its head with a clinical brace. Dehmaine Tabibou gave Nantes the perfect start with a sharp left-footed finish in the 6th minute, but Maximillian Oyedele pulled Strasbourg level just before the break (45'+2). Matthis Abline restored the hosts' lead on 53 minutes before Panichelli equalised from close range in the 78th minute and then broke hearts with a dramatic 90'+2 winner. There was no fairy-tale return for new Nantes coach Vahid Halilhodžić, whose side remain 17th with just 17 points and deep in relegation trouble. Strasbourg climb to 40 points in 8th, keeping their European push very much alive.
