Match Report
OH Leuven did it again. Sory Kaba headed home in the 90th minute to beat Royal Antwerp 1-0 at Den Dreef and secure survival on the final day of the Pro League season — the third year running OHL have rescued themselves on the last matchday.
Antwerp thought they'd taken an early lead when Vincent Janssen's fifth-minute strike was chalked off for a foul. The visitors were then reduced to ten men when Zeno Van den Bosch picked up a second yellow card in the 50th minute.
Despite the man advantage, OHL struggled to break through. Kaba had a goal ruled out for offside before Siebe Schrijvers swung in a late corner that the striker headed home via a deflection off defender Renders.
The win sends OH Leuven into the European play-offs and condemns Zulte Waregem to the relegation play-downs. For Antwerp, a disappointing regular season ends with a quiet whimper.
