Royale Union SG extended their sensational home form with a 2-1 victory over Genk at the Stade Joseph Marien on Saturday evening, tightening their grip at the top of the Pro League.
Christian Burgess rose highest to power home a header from a corner on 15 minutes, giving the hosts a deserved early lead. Besfort Zeneli doubled the advantage shortly after the break, finishing on 52 minutes after a neat assist from Guilherme Smith.
