Match Report

Nottingham Forest delivered a devastating blow to Tottenham's survival hopes with a ruthless 3-0 victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Spurs dominated early and hit the crossbar twice, but Igor Jesus punished them with a clinical header right on the stroke of half-time. The second half belonged entirely to Forest. Captain Morgan Gibbs-White — a player Spurs tried to sign last summer — doubled the lead on 62 minutes after Callum Hudson-Odoi ghosted past the defence to tee him up. Substitute Taiwo Awoniyi then slid in at the back post to convert Neco Williams' cross in the 87th minute, sending the away end into raptures. The result flips the table on its head. Forest leapfrog their hosts into 16th on 32 points, while Spurs drop to 17th with 30 — perilously close to the relegation zone heading into the international break. It's now 15 league defeats this season for Igor Tudor's side, who remain the only Premier League team without a win in 2026.
