UB Conquense closed out preseason in style, beating CD Guadalajara 4-1 in their regional derby at La Fuensanta. Around 1,000 fans saw the hosts control the game from start to finish, delivering their most complete performance of the summer. Álex García opened the scoring in the 9th minute and Pescador doubled the lead on 24. Guadalajara pulled one back right before the break through Cesitar, who had just been booked. Conquense finished the job late on, with substitute Darío scoring in the 74th minute and Álvaro adding a fourth in the 81st. There were no red cards. It's the perfect way for Conquense to head into the new Segunda Federación season, with fresh faces off the bench making an instant impact. For Guadalajara, still bedding in after relegation from Primera Federación, there's clearly more work to do before facing their old rivals again in the league.
