AGF vs SL Benfica

Benfica completed the job away from home, beating Aarhus 3-1 in Randers to seal a 6-2 aggregate win and a spot in the Europa League league phase. Gianluca Prestianni was the headline act, scoring twice either side of a spell that briefly threatened a home fightback. Prestianni opened the scoring in the 19th minute, and Rafa Silva doubled the lead in the 56th. Aarhus hit back through Rasmus Carstensen in the 60th, but Prestianni settled things a minute later with his second. Mouhammade Camara and Carstensen were both booked for the hosts. The result extends Benfica's fine form following last week's 3-1 first-leg win at the Estádio da Luz, and books their place in the league phase proper. For Aarhus, a battling display at Cepheus Park Randers wasn't enough to close the gap, ending a promising European run at the play-off hurdle.
