The Eswatini national football team — formerly known as Swaziland before the country's 2018 renaming — is governed by the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) and competes under CAF in African football. The team participates in FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds and the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying competitions. While Eswatini has not qualified for the AFCON finals, the team competes regularly in COSAFA regional football and has participated in the COSAFA Cup, the southern African regional championship. Home matches are played at Mavuso Sports Centre in Manzini and Somhlolo National Stadium in Lobamba. Football is the most popular sport in Eswatini, and the EFA has invested in youth development programs to improve future national team squads. The team draws its players from the Eswatini Premier League and occasional foreign-based professionals, aiming to raise the country's footballing standards and regional competitiveness.
