Deportivo La Guaira

Deportivo La Guaira, formerly known as Caracas FC in some iterations, was founded in 2008 and competes in the Venezuelan Primera Division. The club plays its home matches at Estadio Olimpico de la UCV in Caracas, a historic venue with a capacity of 23,940. Despite being one of the newer clubs in Venezuela's top flight, Deportivo La Guaira has quickly made its mark, competing in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana. The club represents the coastal La Guaira state and has built a loyal supporter base in and around Caracas. Their progressive club structure and investment in youth development have helped them establish themselves as a competitive presence in Venezuelan and South American club football.
