Legia Warszawa

Legia Warszawa is Poland's most decorated and widely supported football club, founded in 1916 in Warsaw. The club plays at the Stadion Miejski Legii Warszawa, named after Marshal Józef Piłsudski, with a capacity of over 31,000 fans. Legia have won the Ekstraklasa title a record 15 times and the Polish Cup 19 times, making them the country's dominant domestic force. On the European stage, they reached the UEFA Champions League group stage in 2016–17, defeating Sporting CP and Celtic in qualifying.
