Chiangrai United FC is a professional football club founded in 2009 and based in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand. Competing in the Thai League 1, the club has emerged as one of Thailand's most successful sides of the modern era, winning the Thai League 1 championship in 2013 and 2017. They have also participated in the AFC Champions League, representing Thailand on the continental stage.
