Universidad Concepción
Universidad Concepción, commonly known as UdeC, is a Chilean football club founded in 1994, relatively young by Chilean football standards. Based in Concepción, the second-largest city in Chile, the club plays its home matches at the Estadio Municipal Alcaldesa Ester Roa Rebolledo, which holds 33,000 supporters. Competing in the Chilean Primera División, Universidad Concepción represents the academic and sporting pride of Concepción's university community. The club has established itself in the top flight despite being a newer entrant and has participated in CONMEBOL competitions. UdeC is known for a cohesive team approach and has contributed players to Chilean football's broader ecosystem.
