Cameroon has won the Africa Cup of Nations five times (1984, 1988, 2000, 2002, 2017) and became iconic at the 1990 FIFA World Cup, reaching the quarter-finals — the best ever by an African team at the time. Legendary players include Roger Milla, Samuel Eto'o, Marc-Vivien Foé, and Rigobert Song. The team plays home matches at the Stade d'Olembe in Yaoundé.
