Galatasaray Spor Kulübü, founded in 1905 by student Ali Sami Yen at Galatasaray High School in Istanbul and playing at Rams Park — a 53,798-capacity modern fortress in Seyrantepe — is the only Turkish club ever to win a major UEFA competition. In 2023-24 and 2024-25, Galatasaray won back-to-back Süper Lig titles, confirming their status as Turkey's dominant club and a respected name across European football.
