Rakow Czestochowa

Raków Częstochowa is a Polish football club founded in 1921 in Częstochowa, a city in the Silesian region famous for the Jasna Góra monastery. After spending much of their history in the lower divisions, Raków made a remarkable rise under coach Marek Papszun, winning back-to-back Ekstraklasa titles in 2021–22 and 2022–23, ending Legia Warszawa's dominance. They also won the Polish Cup multiple times. The club plays home matches at the modern zondacrypto Arena. Raków have participated in the UEFA Europa Conference League and the UEFA Europa League, marking their arrival as a force in Polish and European football. Their rapid rise is one of the most impressive stories in recent Polish football history.
