Ordabasy
FC Ordabasy, founded in 1998 and based in Shymkent (Shimkent), the third-largest city in Kazakhstan, plays its home matches at the Qajimuqan Munaitpasov Stadium, which has a capacity of approximately 37,000. The club competes in the Kazakhstan Premier League and has had stints in UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying rounds, bringing European experience to the south Kazakhstan region. Named after the historic Ordabasy hill near Shymkent, the club represents both local pride and ambition. Ordabasy has developed a competitive squad that includes locally developed players and imports from Central Asia and beyond. The club has shown the capacity to challenge the traditional giants of Kazakhstani football, with improving league placements and cup performances reflecting the growing football infrastructure in Shymkent.
