Internazionale

Internazionale, founded on 9 March 1908 following a breakaway from AC Milan by members who wanted a club open to foreign players, is the only club in Italian football history never to have been relegated from Serie A since its founding. The club plays at the iconic San Siro in Milan alongside their rivals AC Milan, a venue holding 75,817 spectators. Inter have won 20 Serie A titles, including a record-breaking second star in 2023-24, nine Coppa Italia trophies, and three UEFA Champions League titles — most memorably completing the historic 2009-10 treble under José Mourinho, the only Italian club ever to achieve the continental treble. Club legends include Javier Zanetti, who captained the club across 858 appearances, and Lautaro Martínez, the club's prolific modern-era striker.
