Competing in Ligue 1, the club plays at the Stade de la Beaujoire, a modern arena with a capacity of around 37,000 spectators. Known as les Canaris for their iconic yellow-and-green colors, Nantes is one of the most successful clubs in French football history, having won eight Ligue 1 titles, most recently in 2001.
