Lommel dhidi ya Westerlo

Lommel SK put on a ruthless display at Soeverein Stadion, hammering Westerlo 4-0 despite seeing less of the ball. The standout was Jason van Duiven, whose three assists tore apart Westerlo's defense and earned him the player of the match award. Tom Reyners opened the scoring in the 30th minute and added a second deep into stoppage time in the 89th, sandwiching goals from Lucas Schoofs in first-half injury time and Don-Angelo Konadu just after the break, the latter set up by Stredair Appuah. Westerlo's day soured early when Manchester City loanee Sverre Nypan limped off with a hamstring injury after only three minutes, and three halftime substitutions did nothing to stop the bleeding. No cards or penalties were needed to settle this one. The win lifts Lommel SK to 8th place and was hailed as their first top-flight win in 23 years, while Westerlo stay rooted at the bottom of the table, still pointless after three rounds.
