Celtic dhidi ya LASK

Celtic put one foot in the Champions League proper with a commanding 3-0 win over LASK in the first leg of their playoff tie at Celtic Park. The standout moment came from Camilo Duran, whose second-half strike was a genuine stunner, a rasping volley into the top corner that the goalkeeper had no chance of stopping. Benjamin Nygren opened the scoring in the 27th minute after LASK's defense switched off, before Duran doubled the lead just before halftime with a well-struck effort. Duran then completed his brace in the second half, finishing off a slick passing exchange with Nygren to make it 3-0. LASK, the reigning Austrian champions arriving on an eight-match winning streak, had two efforts chalked off earlier in the game and never recovered. The result leaves Celtic in a commanding position ahead of next Tuesday's return leg in Linz, needing only to avoid a heavy defeat to reach the Champions League group stage. For LASK, the gulf shown at Celtic Park means their impressive domestic form counted for little, and they now face a near-impossible task to overturn the deficit on home soil.
