Club Leon protiv Club Tijuana

Club Tijuana delivered a stunning first-half blitz to dismantle Club Leon 3-0 at the Nou Camp on Matchday 11 of the Liga MX Clausura. Kevin Castañeda stole the show with a brace as the Xolos raced into an unassailable lead before the break. The rout began in just the 5th minute when Castañeda fired home from close range, assisted by Diego Abreu. Abreu then grabbed one himself on 20 minutes, finishing a swift counterattack from Ramiro Árciga and celebrating with his father, Xolos manager Sebastián 'Loco' Abreu, on the touchline. Castañeda completed his brace from the penalty spot deep into first-half stoppage time (45'+3), wrapping up the contest before the teams even headed down the tunnel. The emphatic away victory lifts Tijuana up the table as they chase playoff contention, while Leon are left licking their wounds after a miserable night at home.
