Troyes vs Strasbourg

Troyes couldn't have dreamed of a better start, and it made the eventual collapse sting even more. Antoine Mille headed the hosts in front inside nine minutes at the Stade de l'Aube, but that lead didn't survive the first half, and by full time Strasbourg had turned the game into a rout on the road. Jacobo Ortega leveled things in the 40th minute, and Diogo Sousa put the visitors ahead just two minutes later. Giovanni Reyna made it three shortly after the hour, before Samuel Amo-Ameyaw struck twice in the closing stages (85', 88') to complete the demolition. Conrad Harder added a sixth deep into stoppage time, and Jérémy Le Douaron grabbed a late consolation for Troyes moments later. No cards or penalties were needed to color an already one-sided afternoon. The result marks Strasbourg's second straight win, lifting them to 4th place with six points as they head into a clash with Monaco. For Troyes, previously unbeaten this season, it's a harsh reality check — their heaviest defeat so far leaves them 9th on four points ahead of a trip to Lille.
