Kamprapport
Aberdeen thought they had it won, but Barney Stewart's 89th-minute header earned Falkirk a dramatic 1-1 draw at Pittodrie in front of 17,562 fans.
Kevin Nisbet had broken the deadlock in the 73rd minute to give the Dons a deserved lead after a tense, goalless first half. It was his seventh strike of the campaign and seemed set to deliver a vital three points.
Tempers flared late on, with five yellow cards shown across both sides. Nisbet was booked in the 80th minute, while Falkirk's Dylan Tait and Finn Yeats also went into referee Calum Scott's notebook before Stewart rose highest to nod home Ethan Ross's cross and break Aberdeen hearts.
The draw leaves Aberdeen stuck in ninth on 30 points, staring at a bottom-six finish. Falkirk, meanwhile, move to 43 points in sixth as they continue to impress in their first season back in the Premiership.
