SC Paderborn 07 vs VfB Stuttgart

VfB Stuttgart made it two away days running on the front foot, grinding out a 2-0 win at SC Paderborn that was built almost entirely around one man pulling the strings. Angelo Stiller set up both goals, and debutant goalkeeper Dennis Seimen capped his first Bundesliga appearance with a clean sheet at the other end. Jeff Chabot opened the scoring in the 25th minute, heading home a Stiller delivery, before Chris Führich doubled the lead in the 83rd minute from another Stiller assist to put the result beyond doubt. There were no red cards or penalties, though Paderborn pushed hard after the break, with Raphael Obermair forcing a smart save out of Seimen as the hosts searched for a way back in. For Stuttgart, it's another composed, efficient away win that keeps their momentum rolling. For Paderborn, who had just snapped a six-year league win drought before the international break, this was a reminder of the gap still separating them from the division's stronger sides, even with a spirited second-half response.
