KVC Westerlo vs Antwerp FC

Royal Antwerp claimed a dominant 4-2 away win over KVC Westerlo in the Belgian Pro League playoffs, with Vincent Janssen at the heart of the damage on a frantic evening at Het Kuipje. Westerlo's night fell apart early when Erkan Bayram was sent off inside the first ten minutes. Janssen pounced with a quick brace (25', 28') before Christopher Scott made it three just before half-time (44'). Isa Sakamoto pulled one back for the hosts (58'), but Gyrano Kerk immediately restored Antwerp's three-goal cushion (60'). Shunsuke Saito added a late consolation (87') to make the scoreline more respectable. The victory keeps Antwerp firmly in the hunt in the Conference League playoff group, while Westerlo, undone by the early red card and ruthless finishing from their opponents, face a tough task to stay in European contention.
