Colombia U18 مقابل Egypt U18

Colombia and Egypt closed out their group-stage campaign at the U18 UEFA Friendship Cup with a tense 0-0 draw at the Colovray Sports Centre in Nyon, Switzerland. Neither side could find a breakthrough in a cagey, tightly-fought contest, with both defenses standing firm from start to finish. There were no goals, cards, or major flashpoints, as clear-cut chances were scarce and both goalkeepers were rarely tested. It capped a group phase in which both sides had shown they can score: Colombia beat South Korea 2-1 after opening with a 3-2 loss to England, while Egypt fell 2-1 to England and edged past South Korea on penalties. Both nations carry useful minutes out of Nyon ahead of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar this November, which the tournament was meant to prepare them for. Colombia leaves Switzerland with a solid defensive showing to build on, while Egypt, under coach Hussein Abdel-Latif, keeps fine-tuning its 2009-born squad before the finals.
