Ρωσία vs Ναμίμπια

Russia delivered a ruthless attacking display, sweeping aside Namibia 6-0 in a one-sided friendly. The breakthrough came just before halftime and the hosts never let up, piling on five more goals after the break to leave their visitors with no answer. Namibia barely threatened at the other end, failing to register a single shot on target across the full ninety minutes. Lechi Sadulaev opened the scoring in the 37th minute with a strike from outside the box, before Danil Prutsev (54') and Konstantin Tyukavin (65') extended the lead after the restart. Maksim Glushenkov added a fourth in the 84th minute, and Maksim Petrov converted a penalty three minutes later. Namibia's misery was completed in stoppage time when Kamaijanda Ndisiro turned the ball into his own net. Namibia's Ngero Katua picked up a first-half yellow card, the only blemish on an otherwise tame defensive effort. For Russia, still without access to major FIFA and UEFA competitions, the result offers useful momentum and squad depth going into further friendlies. For Namibia, it's a harsh lesson in game management against sharper, clinical opposition, with plenty to address before their next fixture.
