Τσαπεκοένσε vs Φλουμινένσε

Chapecoense came into round 32 at the foot of the table and left Arena Condá with a 2-1 win over Fluminense, who had the chance to move into the top four and did not take it. Yannick Bolasie opened the scoring in the 9th minute. A bad Fluminense build-up gave the ball away and Giovanni Augusto set him up. Guga levelled in the 30th minute from a Hulk pass, his first goal of the season. Giovanni Augusto then won it in the 11th minute of the second half, finishing from outside the area after a one-two with Túlio Eduardo. Fluminense had around 70% of the ball and many more completed passes, yet created little. Ganso forced a save from Anderson early in the second half, and Serna headed wide from close range deep in stoppage time. Camilo and Yago Felipe were booked for the hosts. Chapecoense have 21 points. Fluminense stay on 51 in fifth, three behind Athletico-PR, and have now lost three league games in a row. Both teams play again on Wednesday: Chapecoense visit Bragantino, and Fluminense host Internacional at the Maracanã.
