FC Utrecht is a Dutch professional football club founded in 1970 through the merger of three clubs — DOS, Elinkwijk, and Velox — in the historic city of Utrecht, Netherlands. The club plays at the Stadion Galgenwaard, a modern arena in the heart of the city. FC Utrecht has won the KNVB Cup three times, in 1985, 2003, and 2004, but has never claimed the Eredivisie title.
